The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting sales training programs, developing training materials, delivering presentations, and facilitating workshops. Day-to-day tasks will include training and development of the sales team, improving sales techniques, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The Sales Trainer will also monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.QualificationsPresentation Skills and Communication skillsExperience in Sales Trainings and Training & DevelopmentCustomer Service skillsAbility to design and implement effective training programsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate othersExperience in the education industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
