We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our technological solutions meet business needs and support the overall strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in analysis, communication, and project management, as well as a solid understanding of IT systems and their application in a business environment.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Some knowledge of programming languages, API integrations, and databases.

Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable

Experience using Project Management tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Azure DevOps or similar are desirable

Interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

RequirementsQualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related field. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) relevant to the organization's focus. Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools.
