About the Role

Join our elite CX (Customer Experience) team as an NCE L3 BCS Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of advanced networking solutions, helping global clients solve complex challenges and improve network performance. This role demands strong routing/switching expertise, hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, and a deep understanding of network architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize MPLS and Access Networks
• Conduct advanced Network Audits and Risk Analysis
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical customer network issues
• Collaborate on presales, architecture, and technology transitions
• Configure and validate network solutions in test labs
• Create technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfers
• Ensure smooth integration with tools, systems, and service assurance
• Lead by example as a senior technical expert within the team

Mandatory Skills

• Strong command of Routing & Switching Protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing
• Hands-on with Cisco Platforms: IOS-XR, IOS-XE, NX-OS, NCS Routers, Cisco 8K
• Familiarity with Cisco ACI, STP, VTP, VLAN, VSS, VXLAN, EVPN
• Firewall & VPN expertise (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, ACLs)
• Exposure to network automation and programming: Python, REST API
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and RCA documentation

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/IT/Networking
• Certifications: CCNP or CCIE (Preferred), CCNA (Minimum)
• Bonus: AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITILv3, Fortinet NSE 1

Good to Have

• Experience with Presales/Customer Success
• Familiarity with Service Provider Networks
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, or automation scripting
