To strengthen our teams for Metro Rail Project in Madhya Pradesh,

we are looking for:

Senior O&M Expert (m/f)

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering10 years of experience with at least 3 years in metro rail projects

Responsibilities:Proven track record of preparing O&M budgets and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.Experience defining functional requirements for O&M activities across various domains (Operations, Maintenance Workshop, Control Room, EDP, and MMIS Systems)Familiarity with participating in design reviews and resolving O&M interface issues with the engineering department during the design phase.Expertise in developing and delivering operational analyses, O&M plans, manuals, procedures, training plans, and mobilization plans.Experience implementing training plans on-site and managing schedules for internal and external training programs.A knack for identifying and proposing optimized O&M solutions.Strong planning and strategizing skills for O&M activities.Ability to review and approve contractor-submitted O&M documents.Experience ensuring successful O&M strategy implementation during DLP (Defect Liability Period)A passion for supporting clients with statutory approvals (CMRS, RDSO, Railway Board) and during the initial operations phase.
