Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead to oversee our marketing initiatives in

the Middle East and India regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in branding, social media marketing, event management, public relations, and sales collateral development. This is a function lead role and is pivotal in driving our market positioning, customer engagement, and overall brand awareness in the banking and insurance sectors.


Key Responsibilities:-

1. Branding and Marketing Strategy:

 Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to position our company prominently in the banking and insurance markets.

 Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and materials.

 Define and articulate clear value propositions for our products and services tailored to the banking and insurance sectors.

 Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target and engage high-value accounts.

2. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

 Manage and execute social media campaigns to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.

 Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, optimized for search engines, and reflects our current offerings.


3. Public Relations and Communications:

 Develop and manage PR strategies to build and maintain a positive public image.

 Create and standardize marketing collaterals to support the sales team in their outreach and client engagements.

 Develop and deliver sales collateral, presentations and playbooks aligned with the overall marketing and business strategy.

 Develop and distribute regular newsletters to keep clients and stakeholders informed about company news, product updates, and industry insights.


4. Event Planning and Client Engagement:

 Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events targeting C-level executives to strengthen relationships and promote our offerings.

 Participate in industry events, conferences, and social gatherings to enhance client engagement and awareness.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions and networking.


5. Market Research and Lead Management:

 Conduct in-depth research to identify and quantify the Total Addressable Market for our products and services.

 Use research insights to inform marketing strategies and business development efforts.

 Present findings and customized solutions to stakeholders to drive business growth.

 Promptly respond to inbound leads generated through various marketing channels, qualify leads, and assign them to the appropriate sales team members for follow-up.


Desired Skills & Experience

 MBA or equivalent degree from a premier B school

 Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in BFSI or product-based

organization.

 Proven track record in branding, social media marketing, event management, and PR.

 Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
