The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing the marketing team. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as necessary. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will be tasked with maintaining and enhancing the company's brand identity.QualificationsMarketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing skillsExperience in conducting market research and data analysisExcellent Project Management and Team Leadership skillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plusProficient in marketing tools and softwareExperience in the hospitality or entertainment industries is a plusAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
