Role Description Student Counselling : Counsel students who approach our platform based on our in-house career assessment test. Career Guidance : Guide students with various Career & Study options in India & Abroad. Query Support : Guide students on other queries viz. Hobbies, Internships, Study Finance etc. Service Provider Selection : Guide students to select right service providers based on requirements. Teacher Training : Train the teachers of partner education institutions on our in-house career assessment test. Institution Sourcing : Source and onboard education institutions. Qualifications Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Career Development skills Experience in Career Management and providing career guidance Excellent Communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred Knowledge of educational and career pathways preferred Please share your resume to mentioning how you can add value in our early stage student marketplace venture.
