Job Title: Salesforce FSL Developer Location: PAN INDIA Work Mode: Hybrid Mode Experience: 5 -8 years Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H) Notice Period: - Immediate joiners. Mandatory Skills: Role Salesforce FSL Developer Primary skills Expert in FSL Salesforce development unit testing data migration with skills in configuring Salesforce application LWC Apex coding Visual Force pages LWCetc Expert in FSL Sales Cloud Service Cloud Industry Cloud Platform Hands on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and APIs Should be able to work on Salesforce Integrations with Third party tools Industry Domain knowledge will be added advantage Secondary skills Conversant with compliance and regulatory norms governing the industry Experience with Agile Development Scrum Practice Perform Code walkthroughs and code reviews Experience writing user stories requirements test scripts and test cases Participate in testing in general and performs unit tests Ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains Required Qualifications and Background At least 7 years experience with core salesforce development projects A proactive personality with a cando attitude Excellent relationshipbuilding skills Able to actively make suggestions based on the results Available and responsive to question clarifications and instructions Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels A selfstarter experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams Outstanding written communication skills Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence Excellent ability to coach motivate and direct work tasks to a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce professionals Qualification Bachelors Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business Computer Science Marketing Finance or a similar field of study Active in the Salesforce community Client Interview Yes Total Exp 5 to 8 Certification: Minimum Salesforce certified Administrator Salesforce Field Service Consultant SFDC PD 1
