Job Description :

Microsoft 365 Collaboration Specialist will be part of a team that provides communications and collaboration services and customer support globally. In this capacity, you will be able to apply your knowledge and skills in providing L3 customer support to Client's Enterprise customers and initiating continuous improvement projects. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • To provide L3 support to Client's Enterprise customers with the following applications and services, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, Teams Telephony, and Teams Audio Conferencing.
  • To support SharePoint Server, M365, and SharePoint Online.
  • To possess knowledge of Exchange Online as well as Exchange 2016/19.
  • To be familiar with M365 new features, such as Viva Engage, MS Loop, Copilot, and Viva connections.
  • To handle collaboration tools like Cisco WebEx, WebEx App, and Teams.
  • To manage Microsoft M365 cloud-hosted mailboxes.
  • To provide day-to-day maintenance and operations support to the Unified Communications environment hosted on the cloud as well as on-premises.
  • Respond to and support the resolution of security tools and security engagement outputs
  • Participate in Threat Models and Penetration Testing activities
Required Skills :
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related courses.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling and supporting M365 collaboration services.
  • Good hands-on experience with SharePoint online.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, Teams Telephony, and Teams Audio Conferencing.
  • Ability to help users adopt new features of M365 applications.
  • Experience with M365 new features like Viva Engage, MS Loop, Copilot, and Viva connections.
