Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, including use cases, process flows, and data mappings
Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of system changes
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
Define and document business rules and logic for AML projects
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to AML compliance
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AML projects
Knowledge of AML regulations and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
