Job Description:

Happiest Minds is seeking a highly qualified **Senior Data Scientist** with a passion for data-driven decision making to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will leverage your extensive experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, deep learning, and artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges and drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Data Analysis & Insights**: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
  • **Model Development**: Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning and deep learning techniques to address business problems.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data-driven strategies.
  • **Statistical Modeling**: Utilize statistical modeling techniques to make forecasts and predictions based on historical data.
  • **Research & Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating new methodologies into existing projects to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and other team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Required Skills:
  • **Machine Learning**: Proficient in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and familiarity with various ML algorithms.
  • **Statistical Modeling**: Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis.
  • **Deep Learning**: Experience in developing and implementing deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • **Artificial Intelligence**: Knowledge of AI concepts and methodologies, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree or Ph.D. is a plus.
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a data science role, with a focus on machine learning and AI.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a professional setting.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
