Their work environment fosters both personal growth and technical excellence.Job Title – SailPoint EngineerLocation – RemoteRole Type – Contract through 7/31/2027Must Have Skills:- 5+ years of strong hands-on SailPoint experience (SailPoint Identity Security Engineer certification preferred)- Proven experience working with SailPoint connectors such as Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS/Workday, and REST APIs- Expertise in custom connector development- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and JSON for automation, configuration, and onboarding workflows- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence for cross-functional collaborationResponsibilities and Job Details:- Support long-term SailPoint Identity Security initiatives for a global enterprise environment- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint identity solutions and integrations- Develop and manage workflows for access provisioning and deprovisioning- Customize connectors and build integrations with enterprise systems (AD, Workday, Entra ID, etc.)- Leverage scripting to automate repetitive tasks and enhance solution scalability- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather identity governance requirements- Maintain documentation and operational procedures for identity solutions- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues in a timely manner- Ensure compliance with information security policies and best practices- Participate in daily Agile standups and report progress- Work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time Zone (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST)- Openings available for both mid-level and senior candidates depending on experience level
