Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to design and lead end-to-end project implementations. As a key member of our GDC team, you will play a critical role in understanding our clients' needs, leveraging the Solution MDO platform, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

What will you do?

  • Design and deliver comprehensive project implementations of our flagship MDO product, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, demonstrating the capabilities of our solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and ensure that customer outcomes are achieved and facilitating the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with project delivery managers to streamline processes and ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to solution consultants and other team members, promoting their professional growth and development.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in SAP/ERP project implementations in B2B settings, preferably in service or product organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a pre-sales capacity, showcasing solutions and driving customer engagement.
  • Exceptional design and documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s or engineering degree with specialisation in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or any other relevant degree
  • Relevant certifications in SAP and/or project management are a plus.
