Job Title: Junior Interior Designer (Male) – Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer (Male) who will primarily work as a Site Engineer for our interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, supervising execution, and ensuring that the design intent is implemented accurately and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
  • Ensure execution as per design drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery and quality.
  • Maintain site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
  • Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Assist in material selection and procurement coordination.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure proper implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Architecture.
  • 0–2 years of site experience (internship/field exposure preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of 3D software is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage site challenges.
  • Willingness to travel and work at different project locations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
