Execute rubber lining processes such as: Vulcanised Neoprene and Natural Rubber Cold Bonded Linatex lining Operate and maintain equipment including manual rollers, stitchers, and bladders. Inspect and prepare surfaces for elastomer application. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Support continuous improvement initiatives in elastomer application processes. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or relevant trade. Experience: 1–3 years in elastomer lining or similar manufacturing environment. Skills: Knowledge of elastomer materials and lining techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with safety standards in industrial settings.
