Job Overview:

MARS Cosmetics is seeking an energetic and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns on YouTube. Based in Delhi, you will be responsible for identifying, collaborating with, and nurturing relationships with YouTube influencers to amplify brand visibility, drive engagement, and promote our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns on YouTube, ensuring alignment with MARS Cosmetics' brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant YouTube influencers, including beauty influencers, vloggers, and content creators.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that showcases MARS Cosmetics products in an authentic and engaging way.
  • Develop influencer briefs, track campaign performance, and ensure timely execution of content deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, ROI) to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
  • Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and influencer marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and payment processes in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
  • Report on influencer campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Social Media, PR, Marketing) to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management, with a focus on YouTube.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube content creation, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a keen understanding of digital and social media trends.
