Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and extend a warm welcome to guests, visitors, and suppliers, while promptly answering telephone calls in line with our brand standards.
  • Address guest queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, and local activities, ensuring guests receive accurate information.
  • Execute payment transactions in accordance with established cash handling procedures and process reservations and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Identify potential corporate leads and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Encourage online mentions and solicit customer feedback.
  • Analyze and comprehend online guest feedback, exploring opportunities for improvement.
  • Undertake general office tasks, including correspondence, email management, and filing, to ensure the reception area operates smoothly.
  • Maintain an appropriate inventory of supplies and reception stationery.
  • Effectively liaise with all departments to handle guest requests and address complaints for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests in adherence to safety procedures and guidelines.

You must have/be:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department of a hotel.
  • Familiarity with Opera (PMS).
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language is advantageous.
