The Opportunity-

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in shaping how our products are perceived by the market, driving demand and user adoption. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, developing launch campaigns, and collaborating across various teams to bring our products to market successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
  • Define the target market and value proposition for our products.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans and launch campaigns.
  • Develop a data-driven content strategy that aligns with product goals and target audience needs.
  • Create high-quality content across various formats (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media content) to educate, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Manage all aspects of product content creation, from website copy to product brochures and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design, engineering) to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for deep knowledge of product research and a strong understanding of the target market.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in graphic design or video editing software (a plus, not mandatory).
