Who are we looking for:
UI/UX DESIGNER
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users.- Develop and refine user personas and map user journeys to ensure a user-centric approach in all design aspects.- Design UI elements using Figma, ensuring high-quality visuals and user interactions.- Create and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.- Develop and design dashboards using data visualization tools such as Microsoft BI and Tableau.- Utilize no-code tools like Framer and Webflow to prototype and iterate on design solutions rapidly.- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.- Continuously update and refine UI as user needs evolve and feedback is gathered.- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.- Proficiency in Figma and other visual design and wire-framing tools.- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation using Microsoft BI, Tableau, or similar tools.- Knowledge of no-code platforms such as Framer and Webflow.- Experience in designing mobile and web application interfaces.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
