Position – Vendor Development – Sr Engineer / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities -

1. Responsible for Evaluation and selection of suppliers to fulfil the requirements of company by giving quality production.

2. Research external market information and entrepreneurial companies to identify potential sources and suppliers

3. During awarding a business to a new vendor, vendor development has to ensure that the new vendor is technically competent and provides feasibility of the new business

4.Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.

5.Assist with new product launch by working with suppliers to ensure that key milestones are achieved

6.Vendor development will ensure that the existing vendors are adhering to all the compliances and provide support to them during business ramp-up / ramp-down

7.Provide feasibility, sources and costs to Program Manager

8.Work with Program Management team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements

9.Responsible for to help or coordinate with

10.Troubleshoot all vendor problems (QA, Capabilities & Compliance)

11.Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.

12.Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with vendor management plus produce fulfilment.

13.Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.

1. To Maintain list of approved Suppliers with the ratings.

2. Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire business partner processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per month
