Minimum 5-6 Years' Experience in Oil & Gas Field with similar experience

· Arrangement of Safety Orientation with Company and the Contractor personnel.

· Arrangement of Special Trainings like Confined Space, Work at Height and defending driving with company

· Special 3rd Party Training like Rigger Training, SCABA as per company recommendation.

· To provide employee training using multiple delivery methods and media.

· To conduct a "root cause" analysis.

· To communicate effectively through oral and written communication to individuals and groups of various sizes who possess a wide range of language skills.

· Interact effectively with individuals in a wide range of situations, circumstances and settings

· To work effectively with a diverse workforce to achieve stated HSE objectives.

· To operate a computer effectively and the ability to use Microsoft Office products and other software applications effectively to manage information.

· To act appropriately in emergency situations.

· Good communication in English is mandatory
