Job Description: Industrial Designer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Industrial Designer to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a background in designing orthopedic supports and mobility devices, with a keen focus on enhancing user comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

1. Aesthetic and Design Overview: Ensure aesthetic appeal and design integrity of all projects.2. Mechanism Development: Create mechanisms tailored to specific requirements in mobility.3. Orthopaedic Supports: Designs & looks after the aesthetics of orthopaedic supports and mobility devices based on user needs and market trends.4. Continuous Learning: Stay open to learning new technologies and adapt designs based on practicality.5. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently when required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.2. Proven experience as an Industrial Designer, with specific experience in designing orthopedic supports and mobility devices.3. Experience in research and development processes.4. Proficient in design software such as CAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.5. Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to the industry.6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
