We are now looking to expand our operations team with an E-commerce Assistant who can support our daily e-commerce activities and help streamline our operations.

Job Description:

As an E-commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence and operations. Your responsibilities will include product cataloging, order processing, and ensuring a smooth and efficient e-commerce operation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management of daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.- Catalog and update product listings on the website with accurate descriptions, specifications, and images.- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.- Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with our return policy.- Provide support to the customer service team by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- Analyze e-commerce metrics and provide reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices and technologies to improve website performance.
