Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to start their careers. The HR Executive will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, conducting surveys, and implementing employee recognition programs.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, assist with payroll processing, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
