Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled Content Creator/Instructional Designer with expertise in designing and delivering impactful training solutions. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English writing skills, alongside hands-on experience with e-learning tools, content development, and training delivery, particularly in soft skills and behavioral topics.

Responsibilities : Content Development : Design and develop e-learning courses using tools like

VYOND, Moodle Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline), iSpring, Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint. (Or Similar tool like Vyond) Create SCORM-compliant learning modules to ensure compatibility with various LMS platforms. Leverage other design tools to craft visually appealing presentations and course materials. E-Learning Modules : Launch and manage e-learning modules in collaboration with the training team. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content relevance and effectiveness. Training Delivery : Conduct training sessions on soft skills and behavioral development. Ensure interactive and learner-centric experiences during training programs. Instructional Design : Apply best practices in instructional design to create engaging learning solutions. Use multimedia tools, simulations, and interactive exercises to enhance learner engagement. Quality Assurance : Conduct needs assessments, learner analyses, and evaluations to continuously improve course quality. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the training team to align learning objectives with business goals. Qualifications and Skills : Experience : 3–7 years in content creation, instructional design, or related roles. Must-Have : Excellent English writing skills – clear, concise, and grammatically accurate. Proficiency in VYOND, Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline, iSpring, and LMS platforms. Expertise in SCORM creation and multimedia tools. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva. Prior experience in training delivery, particularly in soft skills and behavioral topics. Familiarity with e-learning trends and technologies. Key Attributes : Creative and detail-oriented. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
