Job Title: UI/UX Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Manager to lead our design team and drive the creation of exceptional user experiences for our digital products. As a UI/UX Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that our products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Design Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
User Research: Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and use this information to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
User Interface Design: Design visually stunning user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience and reflect our brand identity.
User Experience Design: Ensure that our products deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience by optimizing navigation, interaction flows, and information architecture.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to identify usability issues and validate design solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and UI specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (X years) in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable but not required.
