There is a vacancy of MT CS at CAPWISE FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED (Subsidiary company of Capwise Financial Services Private Limited), a NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India, having its Corporate Office at A-303/304, Kanakia Dynasty, Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra-400059.

Location of workplace: Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai on Andheri Kurla Road. Just beside J B Nagar, Chakala Metro Station.

Who can apply:

1. Candidates/ Freshers looking for CS Management Training are welcome. Our company is in the process of registration with ICSI for imparting training.

2. Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- p.m.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Communication and drafting skills

2. Document Management

3. IT related Skills MS Word, Excel, power point presentation, etc.

4. Technical know-how of regulatory portals, working knowledge of internet applications and other systems

3. Proficient with basic compliance, accounting, banking, and company law provisions.

Job Description:

1. Capwise group has 4 companies:

Direct Selling Agents (DSA) Company - Capwise Financial Products Distribution Private Limited

Financial Advisory Firm - Capwise Investment Advisors Private Limited

2. Assisting in full Secretarial Compliance of all 4 companies including Board and General Meetings, Minutes, their documentations, maintenance of records, all e-form Filings, account finalization, assisting in account and HR compliance, etc.

3. Drafting Notice, Agenda, Minutes, Circular resolutions, presentations, and other requisite documents as per Secretarial Standards.

4. Effective coordination with auditors and timely completion of documentation for audits.

5. Filing forms with MCA under V2, V3 and NBFC RBI CIMS portal filings, other portals and other relevant regulatory authorities.

6. Updating and effectively managing secretarial documentation and maintaining a repository of all secretarial records, indexes, databases, etc.

7. Assisting in NBFC compliance monthly, quarterly, and annual filings, loan disbursement process, drafting and vetting of loan documents, dealing with the queries by the corporate clients during loan procedure, maintenance of MIS, ESBTR payment for Stamp duty, assisting in filing CHG-1 to clients, RBI filings and communications etc.

8. Others Drafting and vetting of various Referral agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, Memorandum of Understanding being signed with the clients of Capwise.

9. Working jointly with team members and ensuring effective completion of assigned tasks/ activities.

10. Taking up other projects and activities as and when assigned.
