Role & Responsibilities :
- Support the Information Technology needs of an offshore office in terms of onboarding resources, procurement, and offboarding tasks
- Provide technical support and guidance to users Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing nee Maintain systems, applications, security, and network configurations
- Support and manage integration with other Enterprise software utilized by the organization Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software
- Prepare project documentation and procedures Execute upgrades, patches, new applications, and equipment implementation
- Analysis of hardware and software in a distributed networking environment utilizing accepted network management and monitoring software and systems Identify and report system issues to vendors.
- Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses
- Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
- Contribute to Employ IT technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use
- Provide backup technical support for network components including router, firewall, and wireless access points
- Maintain open communication and a positive working relationship with staff
- Perform other technical duties as assigned System Integration
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement seamless data flows
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms
- User Training and Documentation
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practice Security and Compliance
- Implement and enforce security policies to safeguard financial and business data
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business operations
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience being responsible for systems administration in a SaaS software company
- 2+ years of relevant cloud (SaaS) or on-premises system administration experience with Windows and Mac devices
- 1+ years of experience administrating a Microsoft 365 environment and applications
- Previous leadership experience managing team members and a technology infrastructure environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, G-Suite, iOS, macOS, and Windows OS
- Experience supporting users, laptops and mobile devices who are remotely distributed
- Experience in Microsoft Azure technologies and products is a plus
- Familiarity with AWS products is a plus
- Experience using cloud identity and access management tools, preferably Okta is a plus
- Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, VBScript or Bash is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
