Corporate Information Technology Manager

Yalamanchili is a leading provider in designing and implementing customized, flexible, scalable and innovative banking and payment technology solutions for clients around the world. The company has expanded its services since its inception in 1998 in India. Now the company offers end-to-end solutions for more than 150 clients globally. Yalamanchili has offices in Chennai, Nagpur, Vizag, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Vijayawada in India. It has Data centres across the globe and provides IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services to its clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
Experience with network management, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
Proficiency in managing servers, databases, and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, and Grafana.
Experience with DevOps tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Nexus, and SonarQube.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Branch IT Environment Management:
Oversee the upkeep and management of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
Ensure reliable backup management and disaster recovery plans.
Manage EDR systems to protect against cyber threats.
Maintain endpoints, including computers, mobile devices, and other connected devices.
Oversee internet access and WiFi networks, ensuring connectivity and security.
Manage conference facilities and related IT equipment.
Oversee the corporate email system, ensuring uptime and security.
Manage the corporate LAN and WAN infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and internet circuits.
Oversee MPLS/SD-WAN circuits to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity.
Manage printers and NAS storage solutions.
Ensure secure and reliable VPN access for remote users.
Non-Production IT Environment Management:
Manage servers, firewalls, switches, routers, and databases.
Oversee application servers such as Tomcat and Apache.
Manage virtual environments using VMware and KVM.
Ensure efficient backup systems and processes.
Implement and maintain monitoring systems like Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, and Grafana.
Oversee DevOps tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Nexus, and SonarQube.
Manage the corporate intranet portal, LMS portal, ITSM portals, and other internal systems.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor a team of IT engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Assign tasks and projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and security.
System and Tool Management:
Manage endpoint management systems and EDR solutions.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of office suites and other utility tools.
Ensure all systems and tools are up-to-date and properly configured.
