Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Tracking of all HV battery related cases Pan India and sharing a summary report with SHQ, STS and Field team on daily basis2. Work with Battery suppliers to streamline the battery repair and availability process. Create a live requirement vs available dashboard.3. Work on implementing the system related changes as per BWMR compliances4. Create a tracking and record keeping for all HV battery and getting the certificate for batteries going out of circulation5. SPOC for Service team for compliance of all BWMR related norms and annual filingDimensions of the position(List significant quantities on which the position has a direct impact)EV Service networkEV Customer SatisfactionPersonal ProfileEducation orSkills1) Product & Process knowledge2) Communication skills3) Conflict Management.4) Technical KnowledgeRelevant Experience :6 years and aboveKey Responsibilities:; Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures1HV battery repair and availability•Generate a report for all the open HV battery related issues•Live tracker update of the required vs available float battery back. Provide the timeline for the pending cases•Work with supplier on introducing industry leading practices which would further streamline the process•Creating a monthly performance deck for review with suppliers and senior management•Share the network expansion plan with suppliers and ensure readiness for HV battery repairs • Daily report and ensure 90% availability of float battery packs2Battery Waste Management•Understand the battery waste compliance norms by government and dissipate the training to the channel partners accordingly.•Releasing circular on regular basis based on Government communication•Liaising with Insurance and channel partners ensuring that the certificate are issues and stored before handling of HV battery packs to authorised recycling/reuse partners•On-boarding of certified H battery recyclers•Development of HV battery tracking mechanism on EV CRM linked with chassis and integration with SAP•Generting a monthly report on the status•Co-ordinating with Sustainability team in filing the Annual compliance report to Government • Compliance report on Monthly basis
