PROFILE REQUIRED

Level of education/qualifications normally required:Bachelor’s or Master’s in

Chemical Engineering is mustDiploma or degree in CFD will be an added advantage

Specific work experience:Proven CFD FEA & DEM experience in cement and / or similar type of manufacturing industry with a minimum of 5 yearsAt least 2-3 years of cement industry experience in both CFD and complex Environmental projects for dust, NOx abatement technologies with primary measuresAble to integrate the Quality parameters in CFD thermodynamic simulation

Technical/ functional skills:Knowledge of cement industrial processesProven track record in successful implementation in various cost saving primary measures especially in Environment emission control & AFR enhancement / Carbon footprint reduction projectsKnowledge and experience in pollution control equipment like ESP, Bag Filters, SNCR etcKnowledge in FLUENT, ANSYS CFX, ICEM CFD, EDEM, ANSYS MECHANICAL & OpenFOAM for CFDKnowledge in C, C+, Aspen Plus, Dynochem, Visimix, DEM and FEA simulationsKnowledge in integration of CFD & DEM

Leadership and managerial abilities:Able to manage CFD & innovation teamAbility to deal with other functional areas; good understanding of the various stakeholders and their prioritiesAble to prioritize the workload based on the business needsAble to think beyond the present technology and to develop for future innovationsExcellent communicator, result oriented with strong strategic and conceptual thinkingCapable of professionally communicate in English

Mobility requirements

(time spent travelling internationally, nationally etc.)

:Business travel requirements are approximately 15% depends on the intensity of the projects
