Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Trainer located in Amravati. The Software Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various software applications, developing training materials, and providing ongoing support to trainees. Daily tasks include creating and updating training documentation, assessing the training needs of individuals or groups, delivering hands-on training, troubleshooting user issues, and assisting in the implementation of software systems. The Software Trainer will also collaborate with other teams to ensure training programs meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- strong knowledge of software applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- experience in developing training materials and delivering hands-on training sessions
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly
- team collaboration skills and adaptability to meet changing training requirements
- proficiency in IT and software systems, with a strong technical background
- prior experience in the software development or IT industry is beneficial
- bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
