Responsibilities :
Tableau Architecture and Design :
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives
Provide expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining analytical solutions using Tableau, focusing on usability and performance
Collaborate with business and data teams to translate complex requirements into scalable and effective technical designs
Design lean and effective distribution systems in terms of site/ project and user management
Reporting Mart Optimization:
Architect and manage data solutions, optimizing data storage, retrieval, and performance
Design and maintain complex data marts, supporting both operational and analytical systems across various reporting solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data architecture, ETL processes, and reporting systems
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness
Secondary Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Tableau Server environments, ensuring high performance and scalability
Manage user access, data security, and licensing within Tableau Server, enforcing best practices for security and compliance
Create advanced Tableau dashboards and reports that translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
Must-Have Qualifications :
Technical Expertise:
Extensive knowledge of Tableau Architecture, including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online
Proficient in SQL, with experience in data modelling and data warehousing principles
Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience with data integration from various sources
Leadership and Communication :
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Industry Experience :
Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare data is a significant advantage.
Candidates with experience in server management and data visualization are preferred
Understanding of healthcare data standards, compliance requirements, and the unique challenges of healthcare analytics.
Certifications :
Tableau Certified Architect or equivalent certification is required.
Additional certifications in Tableau Server, Tableau Desktop, or other relevant areas are highly desirable.
