BimSrv LLP is a company that offers Comprehensive BIM services Globally. We specialize in BIM consulting, multi-disciplinary BIM modelling, clash detection, and design documentation. Our projects range from LOD 200 to LOD 500. We have experience with Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and Revit MEPF for medium to large BIM projects. We work on projects Scan to BIM like Heritage Buildings, Retail Chains, and Restaurants and Industrial Buildings.

Role Description (URGENT)

Architect (B.Arch.) I have about 2 years of experience in healthcare, industrial, and other medium-scale projects. This is a full-time remote job for a BIM Architect at BimSrv LLP. The BIM Architect will create architectural drawings, building information modelling (BIM), construction drawings, and submittals. They will work on projects from LOD 300 to LOD 500. This will ensure high-quality BIM models and accurate documents.

Qualifications

- Architecture and Architectural Drawing skills- Revit Architecture Modelling and Design Documentation Expertise- Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise- Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Submittals- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment- Knowledge of BIM standards and practices- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
