Our mission is to continue providing fresh and affordable dairy products while maintaining top standards in quality and customer satisfaction.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support our dairy production operations, with a focus on ice cream products. The ideal candidate will operate production machinery, ensure consistent product quality, and contribute to efficient and smooth production processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain dairy and ice cream machinery (mixing, freezing, packaging equipment)Follow recipes and production formulas accuratelyMeasure, mix, and handle ingredients such as cream, sugar, and flavoringsConduct regular quality checks for texture, consistency, and temperatureMaintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across work areasTroubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtimeSupport production planning to meet daily output targets and reduce wasteCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflowWork EnvironmentFast-paced production facility with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levelsRotational or flexible shifts including weekends and holidaysSalaryUp to ₹22,000 CTCQualifications & SkillsPrior experience in machine operation ( dairy industry preferred )Knowledge of quality control processes in food manufacturingAbility to operate machinery and use hand tools effectivelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to safetyPhysical ability to perform manual and repetitive tasksTechnical training/certification in machine operation is an advantagePreference for candidates with ice cream production & Dairy Production experience
