ML Engineer

MaintWiz is building an AI-first CMMS, leveraging our rich maintenance, equipment, and operational datasets to deliver predictive, prescriptive, and automated intelligence. As a Machine Learning Engineer focused on CMMS data, you will design, build, and deploy ML models that directly improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, optimize spare parts inventory, and enhance maintenance decision-making.
Technical Skills
1) Handson experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
2) Experience with time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and NLP.
3) Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with Spark or distributed data processing.
4) Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar).
5) Deep Domain Knowledge
6) Experience working with asset management, manufacturing, IoT, or CMMS-related datasets is highly preferred.
7) Understanding of maintenance KPIs, asset hierarchies, and work order processes.
8) Experience deploying ML models in CMMS / EAM / Manufacturing data.
9) Exposure to IoT device data, sensor fusion, and predictive maintenance platforms.
Degree in Computer Science Engineering or relevant discipline. MBA degree is an advantage
2-5 years of experience in building ML models related to Plant Maintenance, Asset Management, O&M, Reliability, Condition Monitoring.
