We work with private theatres, e-commerce brands, clinics, travel companies, and more.About Role:We’re seeking an HR Executive who’s organized, proactive, and eager to support our hiring and HR operations while learning the nuts and bolts of team-building in a high-growth setup.This is an on-site role based in Jaipur. Candidates from Jaipur will be given preference.Key ResponsibilitiesPost open roles on portals like Linked In and track all applicationsScreen and shortlist resumes based on role criteriaCoordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teamsAssist with onboarding documentation and candidate follow-upsMaintain applicant tracking in Google Sheets or ATS for auditability and transparencyLiaise with internal teams (strategy, content, admin) to collate interviewer feedbackHandle basic candidate/staff queries via email or chatSupport virtual onboarding activities or team sessionsGather feedback from applicants to refine job descriptions and process stepsPrepare simple reports or dashboards outlining recruitment metricsBe self‑driven—take ownership of assigned tasks, learn fast, and communicate clearlyRequirementsFreshers or early‑career students in HR, business admin, psychology, or related fieldsFluent in English and Hindi; organized and detail‑orientedComfortable with email, Google Docs/Sheets and scheduling toolsQuick learner who can adapt to ATS, HR communications, and remote collaborationCurious about recruitment, onboarding, HR policies and building efficient processes
