Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Doris Infotech. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee benefits design. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
1-3 years of experience in a similar HR roleBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldStrong knowledge of local labor laws and regulationsExperience in recruiting and onboarding new hiresProficiency in payroll administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to think critically and problem-solveKnowledge of performance management and employee developmentExperience with employee benefits design is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulationsManage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesHandle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviewsAdminister payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMonitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as neededCoordinate employee training and development programsMaintain employee records and HR databasesHandle employee relations issues and resolve conflictsStay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitiveCollaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
