Key Responsibilities:
✅ Performance Management & Pay Structuring:
Design and implement a performance-linked pay structure to boost employee productivity.
Define KPIs for employees and contractors, ensuring fair appraisals and growth opportunities.
Align compensation structures with industry benchmarks to retain and attract top talent.
✅ Workforce & Contractor Management:
Manage HR operations for a large industrial workforce, including blue-collar workers and contractors.
Ensure seamless payroll, attendance tracking, and incentive-based compensation.
Develop strategies to reduce absenteeism and enhance operational efficiency.
✅ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives:
Lead and execute CSR programs focusing on community development, education, and sustainability.
Collaborate with government bodies and NGOs for impactful initiatives.
Align CSR activities with company goals and compliance requirements.
✅ Industrial Safety & Compliance:
Implement strict safety regulations to ensure a risk-free working environment.
Conduct regular safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, Factory Act, and other industrial laws.
✅ Talent Attraction & Retention:
Develop strong employer branding strategies to attract top industry talent.
Build employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
Design upskilling and career progression plans to improve employee loyalty and performance.
✅ HR Strategy & Leadership:
Build and nurture a high-performance culture across the organization.
Drive leadership training, mentorship programs, and succession planning.

Requirements:
10-20 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proven expertise in performance-linked pay, employee productivity, and workforce management.
Strong understanding of labour laws, industrial safety, and contractor regulations.
Experience in CSR program management and employer branding initiatives.
Ability to handle large teams, drive motivation, and implement corporate-level HR strategies.
