WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute on urgent and strategic key projects for the CFO/CEO and Finance team2. Partner with a range of stakeholders across the org to ensure the CFO/CEO is well prepared for all internal and external meetings / interactions, including supporting with preparation of key papers / inputs for investor board meetings3. Lead Financial Planning and Analysis to deliver key collaterals to CFO/CEO for corporate finance related decisions4. Serve as a sounding board for the CFO/CEO on new ideas and cost initiatives across departments5. Interface between Founders, Business Heads, Legal team and Investors to drive successful closure of business operations and fundraise conversations.6. Hold the pen on all Fundraise Collaterals - PPT, Financial Projections, Term Sheets, Shareholder Agreement7. Project Lead for all Fundraising conversations and closures8. Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.

SKILL REQUIRED

1 At least 5-6 years in the startup world

2. People with Founder's Office, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Finance experience preferred

3. CA/CFA/MBAs preferred

4. Needs to understand fundamentals of corporate finance, financial modeling, legal agreements related to fundraise

5. Extreme attention to detail and high degree of ownership & accountability needed as you will be driving critical fundraising and business operation projects at the company

6. Great written and verbal communication skills as you will be interfacing with VCs and HNIs
