Experience - 3 To 5 Years Location : GIFT CITY, Gandhinagar Qualification : Any Graduate Shift : 06:30 PM to 3:30 AM Requirements : Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct/MSP Clients/ State Clients/ in the US. Understanding of Banking/financials, ecommerce/retails domain clients. Good understanding of Visas. Strong and positive communications skills required. Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent placement. Dealing with the pay rate tax terms like C2 C, 1099 and W2 based consultants. Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation. End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates. Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references etc. Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications. Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc. Build & sustain the network of potential candidates. Aggressive in Negotiation. Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Client/Candidates. Minimum required experience: (Requirement). Basic Understanding of IT Jobs. Strong Knowledge of Boolean search/finding keywords. Highly skilled in negotiations. Working experience on Direct/MSP/States/Federal OR SI Clients/Prime Vendors. Basic knowledge of Visas. Knowledge of TAX terms. Working experience on any of mentioned ATS (Job Diva, Ceipal, Bull-Horn, Recruiter Box, Jobvite). Working experience on Job Portals. (Dice, CB, Monster, Indeed, Tech Fetch). Strong communication skills required.
