We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment efforts, focusing on connecting with top talent for various positions like Researchers, Scientists and Engineers from around the world.

Required Skills:


  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques to find talent through social media platforms and CV databases.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will:


  • Understand the requirements for each role and create job descriptions that align with each position.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand key recruiting goals and strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Source talent through various job boards and online platforms, ensuring a wide reach and diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements, ensuring an efficient pre-screening process.
  • Coordinate and scheduling interviews, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process for candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for job applicants throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Utilize and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate progress.
  • Research and develop HR marketing initiatives to maintain a strong employer brand image.
  • Visit career and job fairs whenever required and explore latest trends in hiring industry.


Qualification and Experience:


  • MBA/Master’s degree in HR/LR/IR/Management or related field from Tier I or II institutes only.
  • 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
