Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru South for a Speech Therapist. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. They will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve communication goals.
Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Bachelor in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
  • Certification from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
  • Experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders across different age groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Empathy and patience in working with individuals with communication challenges
  • Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and tools
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech Therapist
