Technical Deployment & Customer Success Engineer – SaaS Product
About Us:
GatewAI is a fast-growing service aggregator for GCCs, helping global organizations set up and scale in India.
Description:
We are seeking a passionate Technical Deployment & Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in deploying our SaaS based platform across client environments, ensuring successful onboarding, resolving technical issues, and driving long-term adoption. If you're tech-savvy with a client-first mindset and a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to connect.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Deployment:
- Deploy the SaaS basd platform in various formats: SaaS login, desktop EXE installer, or integrated microsite.
- Collaborate with client IT/HR teams to manage setup and access provisioning.
Technical Support & Customization:
- Address and resolve client-reported technical issues efficiently.
- Liaise with internal engineering teams for minor customizations or configuration updates.
- Troubleshoot integration and deployment challenges to ensure system stability.
Client Success & Enablement:
- Conduct live product training.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, help documentation, and training guides.
- Act as the primary technical contact for post-deployment support.
Coordination with DevOps & Engineering:
- Work with the DevOps and product teams to manage deployments, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and compatibility standards across environments.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SaaS product deployment, technical onboarding, or DevOps support.
- Solid grasp of web applications, cloud environments (AWS or Azure), and API integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time and adapt to diverse client environments.
- Familiarity with packaging and distributing EXE installers and microsite deployment (a plus).
- Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills.
- Prior experience with HR tech platforms is a bonus.
