Job Overview: As a Project Manager (Civil) at EasyFix, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, field technicians, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of civil and construction projects. Your role will involve managing communication through various channels, troubleshooting, data analysis, and report generation. Prior experience working with blue-collar workers such as drivers, technicians, delivery personnel, and truck drivers will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: Manage outbound and inbound calls for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Prepare civil and construction estimates and analyze data for informed decision-making. Facilitate coordination between clients, regional teams, and field technicians. Communicate effectively through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Slack. Set and achieve daily/monthly targets based on predetermined KPIs. Coordinate material and spare deliveries, manage upcountry travel, and conduct site visits. Document, negotiate, and obtain necessary approvals for various tasks. Generate reports to help management make informed decisions.
