Job description:We are an IT services company looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Partner to help us generate new clients and projects. This is a commission-only role, ideal for freelancers and professionals who are confident in their networking and sales skills.Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients through networking, online research, and outreach.- Generate qualified leads for IT services and solutions.- Build strong relationships with prospects and help close deals.- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure client requirements are met.What We Offer:- Attractive commission on every closed deal (5–10% depending on project size).- Performance-based growth opportunities.- Complete flexibility — work remotely, manage your own schedule.Requirements:- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (IT/Software services preferred).- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and deliver results.- A professional network in IT, startups, or related industries will be an added advantage.Compensation:This is a purely commission-based opportunity.
