About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable Account Manager to oversee and manage our accounting and compliance operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Tally Prime and have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances relevant to the construction/contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime (vouchers, ledgers, invoicing, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory returns on time
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliation regularly
  • Ensure proper documentation of billing, purchase, and project-level expenses
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and company management for annual filings
  • Generate required MIS reports for management review

Requirements:

  • B.Com/M.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounts) preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts, preferably in the construction or contracting industry
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC compliance
  • Ability to handle audits and financial reporting independently
