CA - DIRECT TAX:

Requisites:

Practical knowledge of Direct Tax Provisions

Experience in E-filing and Assessment

Familiar with International Tax compliance

Comprehensive analytical and decision making skill

Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe

Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise

Prepare all tax papers in regular basis

CA - AUDIT :

Requisites:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Supervision:

  • Plan audit scope, strategies, and timelines.
  • Assign task and responsibilities to team members.
  • Supervise audit team members.
  • Review and evaluate the work performed by team members
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Regular training and educating team members

2. Communication and Coordination:

  • Communicate with Clients & stakeholders
  • Communication with those charged with governance
  • Communication and coordination with Partners and team members

3. Risk Assessment:

  • Identify and assess potential risks.
  • developing audit procedures to mitigate them.
  • Testing of RCMs and suggestions on improvements.
  • Evaluating the SOPs and suggestions for Improvements.

4. Audit Execution:

  • Conduct audit procedures, reviewing financial statements and testing controls.
  • Review client financial statements and records.
  • Identify and document audit findings, recommendations.
  • Prepare audit reports, including opinions and conclusions.
  • Checking compliance with Standard on Auditing, Auditing Standards, Ind AS, Quality Control Standards, Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Act, etc.
  • Documentation of all the work papers including checklist in respect of AS/ Ind AS, SAs, etc.
  • Ensuring adherence to Guidance notes and other education material issued by ICAI
  • Ensuring the audit and its documentation in a manner which is expected by QRB, NFRA or any other authority.

  • Responsibilities of Audit Executive as and when required

  • Financial Statement Analysis:

  • Analyze financial statements

  • Identifying material weaknesses or errors.

6. Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations

Key Deliverables:

  1. Audit report with findings and recommendations.

  2. Financial statements with audit opinion.

  3. Compliance certificate.

  4. Management letter

  5. Management Representation Letter

Note:

  • Over and above the Statutory audit as per the requirements of the Companies Act, requires expertise in handling the audit of Insurance Companies and Banks.
  • Apart from Statutory Audit, expertise is also required in Internal Audits, Tax Audits & Risk Advisory Services.

CA - INDIRECT TAX :

Requisites:

Experience in Filing of monthly & annual return

Knowledge of Indirect Tax provisions

Representation before the authorities with respect to Assessment & Notices

Familiar with filing of Refund applications
