We're looking for a talented Developer cum AI Engineer who shares our passion for blending technical excellence with marketing impact.The RoleWe're seeking a mid-level Web Developer with a unique blend of web development expertise and AI automation skills. You'll be building and maintaining high-converting websites and intelligent automation solutions for our Australian B2B clients, working remotely from India as part of our distributed team.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Developer- Design, develop, and maintain client websites using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring peak site performance, user experience and security- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles- Familiarity with CI/ CD principles, version control (Git), and managing staging/ production environments.- Collaborate with our strategy team to translate marketing objectives into technical implementations. Implement and maintain best in class technical SEO.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly while maintaining high code quality- Stay current with emerging web technologies and AI tools relevant to marketing applications- Create high quality custom Wordpress plugins- Highly adept at tag management (GTM)AI Engineer- Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows using Marketing AI tools, N8n.io, and Zapier- Create intelligent automation solutions that enhance our clients' marketing operations- Develop & Build: Assist in the end-to-end development of proof-of-concept and production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using Python.- Cloud Deployment: Gain hands-on experience deploying and managing AI models and agents on cloud platforms (Google Cloud).- Data Wrangling: Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data necessary for training and grounding AI models.- Tool Exploration: Proactively research, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools, libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic,etc) to enhance our projects.- Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on solutions based on feedback.- Documentation: Create clear documentation and presentations for your work, making it easy for the team to understand your process and results.Required SkillsWeb Development- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress and Webflow development- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles- Experience with Marketing AI tools and LLMs- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimizationAI Engineer- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency in Python: You are comfortable writing scripts, working with APIs, and using key data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).- Understanding of SQL: You can write complex queries to join, filter, and aggregate data from relational databases.- Proven experience building AI agents and marketing automation workflows- Strong proficiency in N8n.io, Zapier or other similar tools for workflow automationSoft Skills- Self-starter & persistent learner- Excellent communication skills.
