Job Role:

Work collaboratively with various software development teams in the organization to ensure the SaaS / PaaS products and enterprise applications are designed, created and operationalized with the highest quality standards.

Delve deeper into our data ecosystem (Data Lakehouse platform, ETL programs, Data Visualization programs) to identify and address data quality issues using industry standard tools and methodologies, ensuring data timeliness, completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

Setup and run seamlessly an Automated quality assurance framework to meet customer expectations, ISO / CMMI process compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensuring that the products and applications meets or exceeds user expectations.

This involves understanding customer / business needs and ensuring the quality benchmarks align with those needs

Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions performing regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and ISO / CMMI process compliance.

Develop and document test strategy, plans, test cases, and test scripts to provide comprehensive and practical testing of our products and applications.

Conduct functional, non-functional, regression testing including UI Testing, XBrowser Testing, API Testing, Database Testing, Stress / Load Testing, Security Testing to uncover defects that existing automated test cases may not cover.

Foster a culture of continuous process improvement and innovation, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products, enterprise applications and application lifecycle management processes.

Using / Implementing GenAI to reduce work time and improve quality outcomes.

Be self-motivated to drive innovation, self-managed and self-driven with least supervision.

Able to communicate (verbally and in written) ideas thoughts and concepts to senior stakeholders and other team members.

Experience :

- Must have minimum 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, ISO / CMMI Process Auditing or similar role working in large scale SaaS / PaaS product company or working in large organization for enterprise systems implementation / integrations.

- Must have at least 4+ years of experience in implementing and executing Automated Software Quality Assurance framework for large SaaS / PaaS product or enterprise applications like CRM, HRMS etc.

- Using automation tools like Selenium, UIPath or similar open-source softwares

- Additional experience in automating software quality assurance in Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Self Service BI Tools, ETL / ELT Tools will be added advantage.

- Must possess strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance Life-Cycle and best practices including conformance to ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 or CMMI standards.

- Must have experience with carrying out process compliance audits for all digital assets across organization ensuring adequate alignment to ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 or CMMI standards

- Must have strong experience of writing Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Cases based on Release Plans, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and work in a SCRUM product life cycle using end to end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools like CodeBeamer, Atlassian JIRA.

Must have working experience with various Software Quality Assurance tools like:

1 Load /Stress Testing Tools : JMeter, Neoload or similar

2 Security Testing Tools : Nexus, ZAP or similar

3 XBrowser Testing Tools : BrowserStack , LamdaTest or similar

4 API Testing Tools : Postman, Katalon or similar

5 Database Testing Tools : DbFit, SQLMap, QuerySurge, NoSQLUnit etc.

6 Automated Data Build Tools : MockupData, DBUnit etc.

7 CI / CD Tools : GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube etc.

- Must have working experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL Server etc and should be able to write complex SQL / NoSQL queries.

- Any experience in implementing AI based Software Quality Assurance solution will be an added advantage.

10.Must have ability to self-manage (plan and execute tasks with minimum supervision), self-motivate and innovate.

Must be passionate to self-learn , un-learn and re-learn new concepts / technologies and bring innovation / ideas forward.

11.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with ability to deal with ambiguity and change.

Academics :

- 4-year technical degree from reputed institute with certifications like ISTQB or CSQA or CSTM or CSQE
